The
resort's bistro-style restaurant features an a la carte dinner
menu, with numerous appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and
desserts available (click here
to see the current dinner and dessert menus). The Ocean
Grill is dramatically situated on a cliff overlooking the
resort's picturesque waterfront and offers breathtaking oceanviews
through floor to ceiling windows on three sides. It has perhaps
the most spectacular oceanfront setting of any restaurant
in Bermuda - not to mention the best sunset views on the island!
The
restaurant is open nightly for dinner from 7:00 - 10:00pm,
with reservations required. During slow time periods of the year, there may be nights that only one of the resort’s two main restaurants will be open for dinner. The Ocean Grill seats just over
60 people and reservations are taken on the half hour (ie
- 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 and 9:30pm). Hotel guests must
wait until they check-in to set up their Ocean Grill reservations.
Guests on the Modified American Plan (which means that breakfast
and dinner are included in their daily room rate) have the
option of dining in either the Cedar Room or Ocean Grill.
The Cedar Room does not require reservations for in-house
guests due to its larger size. The Ocean Grill offers a self-serve
continental breakfast every morning from 7:00 - 10:00am. During
the busy summer months, full buffet breakfasts are also offered
a few mornings per week in the Ocean Grill, from 8:00 - 10:00am.
Evening
attire in the Ocean Grill: The
Ocean Grill allows a bit more casual attire to be worn than
the Cedar Room. The dress code is "resort casual"
every night. T-shirts with writing on them are not permitted.
Collarless t-shirts with no writing/designs on them are permitted,
although collared shirts are suggested for men. Anything goes
with regards to pants, shorts, skirts, jeans and footwear
(flip flops, sandals, sneakers, etc. are all acceptable).
Please refrain from wearing hats.
