ADVANCE DEPOSIT POLICY

For stays taken between September 1st and April 30th:
A two night advance deposit must be prepaid in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation.

For stays taken between May 1st and August 31st:
A two night advance deposit must be prepaid for any stays of up to nine nights, in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation. Stays of ten nights or more require a four night advance deposit prepayment in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation.

LOWER SNAPPER SUITE

All four suites have a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living room with a sofa bed and sitting area. Both the bedroom and living room areas have cable television. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony.

SUPERIOR

Each superior room has a king-size bed, sitting area, ceramic-tiled bathroom and sliding glass doors which open onto a private patio or balcony. These rooms are situated at different levels on the hillside and offer panoramic oceanviews.

ONE-BEDROOM SUITE

Each suite has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living room with a sofa bed and sitting area. Both the bedroom and living room areas have cable television. Sliding glass doors open onto a private patio or balcony. A ceramic-tiled bathroom is located off the hallway between the bedroom and living room areas. These suites are situated at different levels on the hillside and offer panoramic oceanviews from the living room area (not the bedroom).

DELUXE

Each deluxe room is located oceanfront and has a king-size bed, sitting area and spacious ceramic-tiled bathroom (with double sinks and separate tub & shower). Sliding glass doors open onto a large private patio or balcony. The deluxe rooms offer breathtaking oceanviews due to their close proximity to the resort's spectacular waterfront and beach.

TOWNHOUSE

The resort has one two-bedroom, two bath townhouse unit, complete with a full kitchen and spacious living room area. It is located high on the hill, above the Snapper Suites building, and offers panoramic views of the resort's picturesque waterfront from its upper floor. The townhouse is ideal for families or two couples looking to spend some time together. It is rented on a nightly space-available basis from September through early June (it is not available from mid-June through the end of August)

All rates are per room, per night, based upon two people per room, MAP (full breakfast and five-course dinner included daily).

PLEASE NOTE...

• a 10% service charge and 9¾% government occupancy tax will be added to the nightly room rate
• single occupancy: deduct $50 from the nightly room rate
• no extra charge for cribs or rollaway beds
• Bermuda Plan (BP = breakfast only) for primary room occupants:
  • December 1 thru May 8: deduct $20 per person from MAP rate
  • May 9 thru October 24: deduct $30 per person from MAP rate
  • October 25 thru November 30: deduct $20 per person from MAP rate
• Extra person rates:
  • under 3 yrs old (infants, 1 & 2 year olds): $20/night, MAP/BP
  • under 6 yrs old (3, 4 & 5 year olds): $50/night, MAP or $30/night, BP
  • under 16 years old (6 through 15 year olds): $75/night, MAP or $55/night, BP
  • all others (16 year olds and older): $100/night, MAP or $80/night, BP

** extra persons must be on the same meal plan as the primary occupants **
