Three Graces Day Spa at the Pompano Beach Club Southampton, Bermuda It is
suggested that you schedule your appointment in advance to obtain your
preferred time. Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please allow 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No shows will be charged at the full treatment price. If you have a personal preference for a therapist, please let the spa know when you make your reservation.
For your convenience an 15% gratuity will be added to your bill. Additional
gratuity is at your discretion.

MASSAGE
TREATMENTS
Massage treatments include essential oils with pure herbal extracts. Choose from an exquisite selection of body oils: Rose, Lavender, Rosemary, Geranium, Ylang Ylang and Eucalyptus.
Massages are also combinable with any facial.
Choose from a range of specialized massage techniques: “Get Rocked” Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pre Natal and the Signature Harmony Massage.

Chocolate
Aroma Massage (50 minutes: $110, 80 minutes: $150)
This detoxifying massage uses the scent of chocolate. Here you pick
which chocolate scent you would like to have.
Golfer's Warm-Up (25 minutes: $60)
A short but impressive combination of massage techniques and stretching will focus on warming up your neck, back and shoulders to improve flexibility and avoid injury during your big game and get the edge off the first tee.
Golfer's Delight (50 minutes: $115, 80 minutes: $155)
Your massage begins with an application of assorted heat packs to the back and legs to provide penetrating heat to your problem areas. Then your therapist will use a combination of massage techniques and stretches to release muscle tension. This massage will release toxins, relieve stress and stimulate circulation in troubled areas.

BODY
TREATMENTS
Nourish your body and soul and discover Three Graces deeply restorative and purifying mineral and herbal treatments. All body treatments are completed with a silky body cream leaving your skin refreshed.
Body Pure (90 minutes: $180)
Beginning with an exfoliation, this treatment removes impurities by stimulating the body to naturally eliminate toxins. Includes a deep cleansing body mask that saturates the skin with antioxidants. Helps reduce cellulite and draw out impurities. They include a Swedish massage that will leave you feeling energized and your skin velvety smooth.
Serenity Wrapsody (60 minutes: $125)
An Intense hydrating body wrap with chamomile and mint. Followed by stress relieving back massage. Specially blended to relieve tired and stressed muscles.
Citrus Salt Glow (60 minutes: $125)
This invigorating treatment is a gentle massage using grapefruit scrub and essential oils, providing an uplifting full body exfoliation helping with the removal of toxins followed by a stress relieving back massage.
Calming Rose and Whipped Milk Bath (30 minutes: $50)
Designed to soothe and moisturize, this is a luxuriously hydrating milk bath with Chamomile.
Essential Infusion Bath (30 minutes: $50)
An experience like no other. This treatment removes debris and impurities
to restore a healthy hydration. This wrap begins with a Garden Mint
Body Wrap followed by a Lemongrass Stress Relief Massage.
FACIALS
Unsure of which facial to choose? The skin care therapists provide a skin analysis with every facial. You will be recommended a treatment that is best suited for your skin type.
Russian Caviar and Pearl Facial (90 minutes: $129)
The ultimate indulgence for men and women! Your skin will be cleansed with caviar and pearl to leave the skin smoother and softer. Jojoba beads will gently polish away dead cells to allow deeper infusion of the Escutox which is massaged onto the skin to give it a relaxed effect on lines and wrinkles. Masks are used after this to boost the skin’s collagen and elastin leaving the skin plumper, smoother, younger and rejuvenated.
Aroma Fusion Facial (75 minutes:

This classic facial provides holistic benefits essential for radiant, healthy skin. A cleansing and relaxing facial is performed using hazelnut oil and pure essential oils personalized for individual skin types and conditions. This facial will leave your skin radiant, healthy, softer and hydrated.
Skin Divine (50

This deep cleansing facial is designed to detoxify and clarify the skin. Ideal for oily
and troubled skin. Gentle, yet highly effective, products derived from the fruit mangosteen detoxify the skin. This facial is excellent for all skin types, and great for rosacea, acne, and problematic skin.
Skin Vitality for Men (60 minutes: $125)
A deep-cleansing and purifying facial designed especially for men. Exclusive men’s products are combined with a unique cleansing regime to relax and hydrate the skin - a soothing hand & neck massage completes the treatment.

C-Hand-some (55 minutes: $45, buff/no polish: $40)
A pampering and hydrating hand & nail treatment. Includes cuticle and nail trimming, exfoliation & massage followed by a nail polish of your choice.
Foot Fetish (60 minutes: $70, buff/no polish: 55 minutes: $65 )
The sumptuous ‘Pedi Spa’ includes a stimulating foot bath followed by an exfoliation, shaping, cuticle work and a therapeutic foot & leg mask. Includes a relaxing foot
