Advance Deposit PolicyFor stays taken between September 1st and April 30th:
A two night advance deposit must be prepaid in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation. For stays taken between May 1st and August 31st: A two night advance deposit must be prepaid for any stays of up to nine nights, in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation. Stays of ten nights or more require a four night advance deposit prepayment in order to guarantee/confirm a room reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations of stays scheduled to take place between December 1st and March 31st normally require a minimum of seven days advance notice in order for advance deposits to be refunded. A minimum of fourteen days cancellation notice must normally be received for stays scheduled to take place between April 1st and November 30th, in order for advance deposits to be refunded. Longer cancellation periods may be required with group reservations or special events (ie - golf tournaments). ROOM CATEGORIES: PARTIAL OCEANVIEW KING SUITE All four suites have a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living room with a sofa bed and sitting area. Both the bedroom and living room areas have cable television. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony. OCEANVIEW SUPERIOR KING Each superior room has a king-size bed, sitting area, ceramic-tiled bathroom and sliding glass doors which open onto a private patio or balcony. These rooms are situated at different levels on the hillside and offer panoramic ocean views. OCEANVIEW KING SUITE Each suite has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living room with a sofa bed and sitting area. Both the bedroom and living room areas have cable television. Sliding glass doors open onto a private patio or balcony. A ceramic tiled bathroom is located off the hallway between the bedroom and living room areas. These suites are situated at different levels on the hillside and offer panoramic ocean views from the living room area (not the bedroom). OCEANFRONT DELUXE KING Each deluxe room is located oceanfront and has a king-size bed, sitting area and spacious ceramic-tiled bathroom (with double sinks and separate tub & shower). Sliding glass doors open onto a large private patio or balcony. The deluxe rooms offer breathtaking ocean views due to their close proximity to the resort's spectacular waterfront and beach. |
TOWNHOUSE UNITS AND "NEW" TWO-BEDROOM SUITE
The resort has one 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse unit named “Sailfish” and two 3 bedroom/3 ½ bathroom townhouses named “Rockfish” and “Bonita”. All three townhouses have full kitchens and spacious oceanview living areas. They are located next to each other, on the hill above the “Snapper Suites” and “Cuda Cottage” buildings. The townhouses are ideal for large families or couples traveling together. They are rented on a nightly, space available basis.
A brand new 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite is currently being built and will be ready for occupancy in late May of 2023. This new unit will be located on the hill, in the "Tuna Terrace" building, adjacent to the Sailfish townhouse. The 2 bedroom suite will have a spacious oceanview living room with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a kitchenette area between the bedrooms and living room.
