The resort has one 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom townhouse unit named “Sailfish” and two 3 bedroom / 3 ½ bathroom townhouse units named “Rockfish” and “Bonita”.  All three townhouses have full kitchens and spacious ocean view living areas. They are located next to each other, on the hill above the “Snapper Suites” and “Cuda Cottage” buildings. The townhouses are ideal for large families or couples traveling together. They are rented on a nightly, space available basis and are cleaned daily during the 8:30am - 4:30pm time period.

Sailfish Townhouse

The resort’s 1,650 square foot 2 bedroom/2 bathroom “Sailfish” townhouse is located high on the hill, above the "Snapper Suites" building and adjacent to the "Bonita" townhouse. It has a full kitchen and spacious ocean view living room area. It offers panoramic views of the resort’s picturesque waterfront from its upper floor. The townhouse is ideal for a family or two couples looking to spend some time together. It is rented on a nightly, space-available basis from early September through the end of May (it is not usually available from early June thru the U.S. Labor Day weekend).

upper floor

The upper floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, an attractive living room, 182 square foot outdoor terra cotta tiled balcony (which runs the width of the entire building), ceramic tiled bathroom with a marble vanity top, two sinks and a shower/tub. The living room and kitchen have dark hardwood floors.
 
The living room’s stylish furniture package consists of a sleeper sofa, loveseat, over-sized chair, glass coffee table, end table, sofa table, dark wood entertainment hutch with a 55" flat screen TV and separate DVD player.
 
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. Ample granite countertop space, extensive wood cabinetry, an "island" countertop dining area with four cushioned stools and an extensive supply of cutlery, tableware and cooking utensils help make this a full service kitchen.

lower floor

The first floor is tiled with light colored ceramic tiles. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two nightstands, bench at the foot of the bed, private closet with a wall-mounted mini-safe and a dresser with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, one nightstand, private closet with a wall-mounted mini-safe and a dresser with a 32" flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share a 182 square foot outdoor terra cotta tiled balcony. The first floor ceramic tiled bathroom is located in the hallway outside both bedroom doors. It is furnished with a marble vanity top, two sinks and a spacious ceramic tiled shower stall.

Rockfish Townhouse

The resort’s 1,800 square foot 3 bedroom/ 3 ½ bathroom “Rockfish” townhouse is situated high on the hill, above the "Cuda Cottage" building and adjacent to the "Bonita" townhouse unit. The 140 square foot oceanview balcony offers spectacular oceanviews from its upper floor. This townhouse is ideal for a large family or three couples traveling together. Both the upper and lower floors have attractive travertine marble floor tiles in every room. It is rented on a nightly, space-available basis.

The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, coffee table, two end tables, entertainment hutch with a 55" flat screen TV and separate DVD player. The oceanview outdoor balcony can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors.
 
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. ​The lower floor has two guest bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two queen-size beds, a 32" flat screen TV, private closet with wall-mounted mini safe, a nightstand and large dresser. The larger of the two guest bathrooms has an oversized tub and separate shower. The other guest bathroom has a shower stall. Both bathrooms have marble vanity tops with two sinks each.

Bonita Townhouse

The resort’s 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom “Bonita” townhouse is situated high on the hill, between the “Sailfish” and “Rockfish” townhouses. It is the largest of the townhouse units, offering 2,875 square feet of living space, along with three outdoor balconies. The panoramic ocean views from its upper floor balcony, living room and master bedroom are truly breathtaking! The upper and lower floors have attractive travertine marble floor tiles in the kitchen, living room, hallways and bedrooms. This townhouse is ideal for a large family or three couples traveling together. It is rented on a nightly, space available basis.

Two separate staircases lead from the upper floor to each of the first floor guest bedrooms. Each spacious guest bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, with a marble vanity top and two sinks, shower and separate bathtub.  Each bedroom has two queen-size beds, a 32” flat screen TV, private closet with wall mounted mini-safe, nightstand and dresser. Both guest bedrooms have their own 82 square foot private balcony and an alcove area that is furnished with a loveseat, end table, coffee table and wall mounted 32” flat screen TV.
