TASTE
The Pompano Beach Club offers a variety of restaurants, where the ambiance and views are as inspiring as the cuisine. Executive Chef, Paul Proverbs, has been with the resort for the past twenty-two years and has done a masterful job with his talented team of chefs. The resort's restaurants have been featured over the years in publications like Bon Appetit, Gourmet and Conde Nast Traveler.
The resort's nightly room rates include five-course dinners each night, along with full, hot breakfasts each of the following mornings. Overseas guests who prefer not to have dinners included in their rate can choose to be on the resort's "BP" (breakfast only) plan. Guests on the breakfast & dinner plan (referred to as the Modified American Plan or "MAP") who want to eat dinner off property or forego dinner altogether on any nights during their stay, will receive a dinner credit for those nights.
It's no surprise that over 90% of the resort's guests typically choose the breakfast and dinner plan when booking stays at the resort, as it represents the best overall value.
