- During breakfast:The attire in the Cedar Room restaurant (and the Ocean Grill during the summer months) is "casual". Any clothing items may be worn,worn; however, proper cover-up should be worn over bathing suits.

During lunch: Bathing suits and other casual attire are perfectly acceptable, since lunches are served poolside, at the Pool Bar or in the Coral Reef Café, adjacent to the Pool Bar.

During dinner: Dinner attire in both of the resort's restaurants is "resort casual". It is recommended that gentlemen (12 years and older) wear collared shirts. Sleeveless t-shirts and hats are NOT permitted. Anything goes with regards to pants, shorts, skirts, jeans, and footwear (flip flops, sandals, sneakers, etc. are all acceptable).
Babysitters can be arranged by contacting the front desk. Advance notice is always appreciated.
Oversized towels are available on the pool deck for your complimentary use at the pool or beach. They are not stocked at the beach.
Please place your order at the front desk. They are priced at $15 per lunch and include a deli sandwich, bags of chips, piece of fruit and a brownie.
Bermuda has a very efficient, economical, island-wide bus system. Schedules, bus tokens and bus/ferry ticket booklets are available at the front desk. Complimentary shuttle van rides are available to get you to/from the bus stop.

4:00 pm (however, every effort will be made to try and have rooms ready prior to then).
CHECK-OUT TIME
11:00 am - please let the front desk know if you have a late departing flight. Occasionally you may be able to receive an extension on your check-out time. If not, facilities are available inside the fitness center for you to shower and change in before you leave.
Most denominations are represented in Bermuda. Please inquire at the front desk for service time, church locations and more information.
The Bermuda ferry system is an ideal way to see other parts of the island from the water. Time schedules, ferry tokens and bus/ferry ticket booklets are available at the front desk. The closest ferry stop to Pompano is located at Rockaway (only a short distance away). Complimentary shuttle van service to/from the ferry is always available.
Bottled water, stamps, candy, toiletries, suntan lotion, resort logo clothing items and more are available for sale at the front desk.
A service charge (typically 10% of your nightly room rate) will be charged to your account each day (covering service gratuities for the restaurant breakfast and dinner waitstaff, bellmen and housekeeping personnel). A 17% service gratuity is automatically added to all food & beverage purchases (in lieu of tipping).
A coin operated washer and dryer are located behind the "Wahoo" building if you'd like to wash any of your own clothes. If you'd prefer to have the resort handle your cleaning, please bring your laundry to the front desk by 9:00 am. It will be returned to your room within twenty-four hours. Laundry bags and price lists can be found in your room and at the front desk.
Please contact the front desk for any luggage handling or storage requests you may have. The resort will be happy to store luggage for late departing guests.
Please contact the front desk for information and rental rates. Oleander Cycles has an on-site office next to the resort's tennis court.
The capital city of Hamilton has a wide variety of shops and boutiques. Most stores are open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Dockyard and a few of the large hotels also offer shopping on Sundays. From May through October, many shops in Hamilton, Dockyard and St. George are open on different nights of the week. Please check with the front desk for more information.
Complimentary shuttle van rides are provided to/from the Rockaway ferry stop, the nearby bus stops and Railway Trail, Maxi Mart grocery store, Port Royal Golf Course, Robinson's Marina and Fort Scaur, as well as anywhere on the resort's grounds. A telephone at the driveway entrance can be used to request a ride in from the road.
An 11 ¾% Bermuda government occupancy tax will be added to your nightly room rate.
Four all-weather tennis courts are located only a 400 yard walk from the resort, next to Port Royal's 7th fairway. Court time on Port Royal's courts will be complimentary during daylight hours (a fee will be charged for night play under their lights) for resort guests and the resort's shuttle vans will drive guests to and from Port Royal's courts at no charge. Tennis racquets and balls can be borrowed from the resort's front desk.
