The Pompano Beach Club is proud to offer a variety of restaurants, where the ambiance and views are as inspiring as the cuisine. Executive Chef, Paul Proverbs,
has been with the resort for the past nineteen years and has done a masterful job with his talented team of chefs. The resort's restaurants have been featured over the years in publications like Bon Appetit, Gourmet and Conde Taste Traveler.
RESTAURANT ATTIRE:
During breakfast, the attire in the Cedar Room restaurant is "casual". Jeans, shorts and t-shirts are perfectly acceptable. If a bathing suit is worn, proper cover-up should be worn over it.
During lunch, bathing suits and other casual attire are perfectly acceptable, since lunches are served poolside or in the Coral Reef Café, adjacent to the pool bar.
During dinner, attire in both of the resort's restaurants is "resort casual". It is recommended that gentlemen (12 years and older) wear collared shirts. Sleeveless t-shirts and hats are not permitted. Anything goes with regards to pants, shorts, skirts, jeans and footwear (flip flops, sandals, sneakers, etc. are all acceptable).
